Click on Auto Sync option under Settings menu at the left menu bar or at the middle box of dashboard page.
This setting page has various options as described below.
1. Inventory Synchronization:
When this option is enabled the quantity will be updated from eBay to Shopify.
Please note that the Inventory Policy should be set to Shopify track this product's inventory to use this feature.
2. Price Synchronization:
When this option is enabled the price will be updated from eBay to Shopify.
By default the app will take the Sale prices of eBay listings to shopify. If you want to import Listing price of the product, contact our customer support.
3. Auto Import Products:
If this option is enabled, any newly added items on your eBay seller account will be added to Shopify automatically.
Total active items in your eBay account should be under your monthly plan limit.
4. Inventory Sync on Shopify orders:
By default the inventory sync feature of the app update the quantities from eBay to Shopify only.
If this option is enabled, the app will update the quantities on eBay if you receive a paid order on Shopify.
