Step-1: It will now ask you to accept the Terms and Conditions to use the app.
Step-1.2: Link eBay seller central account.
Follow the below mentioned steps to link your eBay seller account to eBay integration app.
You will see the screen as shown below to connect your eBay seller account as 2nd step of the installation wizard.
Store Name – Enter your eBay seller name here.
Ebay Site – Choose eBay site of your seller account
Import Products from Ebay – Choose this option if you already have some items active on your eBay seller account and you want them to import in the app to further link/import to Shopify store. Click on button Next.
Step 2.1: You will be redirected to eBay website for your authorization to connect your eBay account with the app. Enter your eBay login details and click on Sign in button.
Now click on Agree button as shown below to accept the permissions.
you will be redirected back to the app’s installation wizard once this process of connecting eBay seller account gets
completed.
Step 3: Configure default profile’s data
After successful connection of eBay seller account, you will see this step 3 of the installation wizard.
Here you can configure various eBay specific data to setup default profile in the app. This data will be used when you push any Shopify product to eBay using this app.
You can just fill out all details and click on the button Next.
Step 4: Configure various settings of the app
Now you will see the step 4 of installation wizard to setup various app level configuration as shown in the below screenshot.
1. Automatic SKU Creation – If you choose this option, the app will automatically generate SKUs of the products.
2. Threshold Inventory – This option will allow you to keep the eBay item active if the quantity on Shopify is same or above threshold Inventory.
That means when the quantity of Shopify product is less than threshold inventory defined here, the related eBay item will be ended on eBay.
3. Pricing Mark-up – If you want to keep the pricing little bit higher than from Shopify store, you can configure this option.
Generally you may want to use this option to cover the eBay listing fees.
4. Import Orders From Ebay – Choose this option if you want to import eBay orders to Shopify. You can choose the required settings and click on the Next button to complete the installation wizard. Once you will complete all steps of installation wizard, you will be redirected to the Dashboard page of the app.
2. Dashboard
Dashboard is the first screen you will after login to the app.
This will give you summary of all activities of the app.
It will have the below mentioned sections.
a. Data Summary – This section will show the total number of Products and Orders available in the app.
b. Different menus – Using this section, you can go to different part of the application easily.
c. Current subscriptions – This section shows your subscription information of using the application.
d. Help Section
You can check the instructions to use the app by clicking on the Knowledge Base button. In case if you want to contact our support team for any kind of assistance, just click on Contact Support.
e. Activity Logs
Activity logs section of the app keeps the list of important activities done with in the app.
This section shows few recent activities to inform you what is going on in the app.
3. Manage Products
Clicking on Products menu at the left menu bar or Manage Products in the middle of dashboard page take you to the products page showing all active products from your Shopify store.
The products page looks like the below screenshot.
Below are the list of features you can use here.
Filters: You can filter the list of products based on several filter criteria’s.
Push products to eBay:
Tick the checkbox in front of all products you want to push to your eBay account.
Then go to Actions menu and click on Publish.
It will then ask you to choose the app’s profile to be used.
You can choose the profile and click on Submit button to send the products to app’s import queue.
Please note that when you publish some products, they will gets added in App's queue and will take some time to process and appear on eBay account.
Import Request
The app always keeps the list of Shopify products up to date. But in case you think something is missing, you can click on the Import Products button on this page to import all Shopify products in the app.
4. Manage Listings
Linked Listings
These are the listings linked between eBay and Shopify via the app.
Clicking on Listings -> Linked Listings menu at the left menu bar or Linked Listings in the middle of dashboard page take you to the linked listings page.
This will show current list of all linked listings.
Un-Linked Listings
When you import products from eBay seller account, they will gets added as Un-Linked listings in the application.
Clicking on Listings -> Un-Linked Listings menu at the left menu bar or Un-Linked Listings in the middle of dashboard page take you to the unmapped listings page.
This will show current list of all un-linked listings from connected eBay seller account.
Here you can do two type of actions for any unlinked listing.
1. Link Product – This option should be used when the product related to unlinked eBay listing is already available in the Shopify store and you just want to link them for sync features. Clicking on Link Product button will open the popup (As shown in below screenshot) to choose the related product.
Select the related product and link on Link button to complete the linking process.
2. Create Product – Clicking on this button will create a new product in Shopify store based on the unlinked eBay listing.
Tick the checkbox in front of all unmapped listings for which you want to create new products.
Go to Actions menu and click on Create Products.
5. Manage Orders
Clicking on Orders menu at the left menu bar or Orders in the middle of dashboard page take you to the order management page.
If order import is enabled in app’s settings, here you can see list of all orders imported from eBay.
6. Profiles
Clicking on Profile menu at the left menu bar or Profiles in the middle of dashboard page take you to the profiles management page.
Here you can see the list of profiles created in your account.
Below are the list of features you can use here.
Add New Profile:
Click on the Add Profile button as shown in the below screenshot.
It will open a form as shown in the below screenshot. You can enter all profile related details and click on the Save button to create the profile in the app.
Edit Profile:
Click on the edit icon in front of the profile you want to modify.
You will see the form with current details of the profile. Here you can modify any details and click on the Save button to complete modification.
Delete existing profile:
Click on delete icon in front of any profile you want to remove.
Please note that any profile assigned to some products cannot be removed.
7. Settings
Clicking on Settings menu at the left menu bar or Settings in the middle of dashboard page take you to the App’s settings.
Here you can configure various app’s settings.
1. Re-Configure eBay account details – If you need to re-authorize connected eBay account, choose this option.
